What a Bicycle Service Includes
Every service starts with a mechanical inspection so we can check the bicycle’s current condition and explain what needs attention. Urgent repairs and optional maintenance are separated clearly before any work begins, so you know the scope before approval.
Common work includes safety inspection, standard tune-up, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is checked before anything is ordered.
Clear inspection first, then approved work
Our workshop focuses on practical bicycle servicing for everyday riders, families, and leisure cyclists in Kulai.
We do not promise a final repair price until the bicycle has been inspected. If additional work is needed, we will ask for approval before continuing. This keeps the process straightforward and helps avoid surprises at collection.
After the repair and adjustment stage, the bicycle goes through a quality check and a workshop function check. You also receive a written inspection summary and service notes that make the completed work easy to understand.
